In order to realise its growth potential, innocent was looking for an innovative supply chain partner that could offer them not only the service, but also the focus on sustainability that lies at the heart of their value proposition.
Challenge
In H&S, innocent found a creative counterpart that could explore different logistic concepts including intermodal solutions with train and barge. The aim was to increase intermodal transport on the Holland-Germany corridor to 75% and thereby significantly decreasing innocent’s carbon footprint. H&S has committed to this ambition and has made this ambition a daily reality through its role as a logistics integrator.
Solution
innocent and H&S are proud to look back at a very successful launch of a new partnership which has improved the service to the end customer. In September 2018 innocent has even awarded H&S Group the Supplier Award for ‘Best execution of progress plan’.
