FrieslandCampina is a Dutch multinational dairy cooperative which sells consumer products such as dairy-based beverages, infant nutrition, cheese and desserts within Europe as well as globally.
Challenge
FrieslandCampina has selected H&S Logistic Services to create a 4PL Control Tower for the transport of their liquid bulk products. In the original situation, the bulk logistics were organised locally from the production sites and there was limited insight in the total bulk supply chain.
Solution
The goal of the Control Tower is to increase the insight in the different costs, to create reports with management information and standardisation of the requirements. H&S Logistic Services will take care of the whole trajectory of procurement, planning, invoicing, analysis & quality assurance.
