Quality

Quality is what H&S Filling stands for! In order to guarantee this our processes are under strict regulations: we are GSFI certified according to the FSSC standard (Bureau Veritas). For the feed industry we also use strict regulations in order to meet the highest standard. For this we are GMP+ certified (Bureau Veritas).

Trust and transparency are the main criteria for our customers and H&S is your partner to guarantee these aspects. Our customers are certified, just like H&S Filling is, and they ensure that only safe and qualitative raw materials can leave our product location.

All H&S employees are trained annually. We keep our professional skills and product knowledge at the highest level by internal coaching and training. Each employee feels fully responsible for his task. We make quality together!

IBC and Drum Filling

H&S Filling has two state-of-the-art IBC and drum filling stations where we fill glycerin, glucose, lecithin and vegetable oil into different packaging. These filling stations comply with the latest industry standards in the area of safety and FOOD-safety.

H&S Filling can organise the necessary packaging and labelling for our customers thereby offering our customers complete peace of mind. Filled IBC’s and drums can be stored in our adjacent warehouse or can be transported to their final location. We can also repack products for you; for example repacking IBC’s to jerrycans.

Special services

Besides IBC filling, H&S Filling can offer our customers specialised heating and mixing services. Our tailor-made equipment enables us to heat and mix faster and better than our competitors, straight from the container.

You don't have an ISO container available? No problem, we can pump the product into our own containers at your request. For the heating of IBC’s and drums, we have a dedicated heating room available.

Do you need to empty flexibags? Ask us for the possibilities, we are ready to help.
